5k at -1F. Race. Took two minutes off my last 5k time, which is still like...two minutes worse than my best 5k time. Still, not bad as I haven't been back at this for long. Plus my last run was only 12 hours before so was a bit tired to start.
Feeling it in my abs more than anywhere else.

Ran an 8.73 in the masters 60 meters at the GBTC Invitational Track Meet. That's an 86.69% WAVA if you care about such things. Now ranked 8th in the USA in my age group.
