Sprint workout today!

Had to run on the roads because the track has snow on it.
Jog 800
20 minutes dynamic stretching (high knees, butt kicks, mach A&B skips, grapevines, elephants)
300M in 65 secs, walk 200
200M in 38 secs, walk 150
2 x 150M in 23 secs, walk 150
200M in 38 secs, walk 200
3 x 100M in 17 secs, walk 100

jog 800, static stretching.
