18 good miles though the last one was a difficult death jog.
Bizarre weather day: warm and heavy rain then almost cold and very windy and sleet at one point off of Peekskill Bay.

Won four gold medals at the Dartmouth Relays. 60 meters (8.78), 200 meters (30.52) , long jump, 4 x 200 meter relay (1:56). My long jump - 4.20 meters - was my longest in over 6 years!
