Chilly but not windy, so all good.

Weight ,hoping to get a run in tonight if the weather cooperates.

Got out for 4 at lunch.
Got nothing this evening, except picking dd#1 up from a track meet. Wish I could watch.
Curse you job, and all the bills that I keep getting!!!

Sprint workout today:
800m jog
20 minutes dynamic stretching (high knees, butt kicks, elephants, Mach A&B skips, grapevines)
5 x 50m with starting blocks
2 x 150m, 150 rest
2 x 200m, 200 rest
1 x 300m
all at 85-90% top speed
jog 800m, static stretching

Revised my plans and went out for 4, monsoon tonight!

4.5 miles to pick up a rental car.
