I ran 5 this morning, first time to need long sleeves. It will be in the twenties this week.

First race of the year; I ran a 30.00 200 meters today at the B.U. Minimeet. 29.99 would have been better, but that's my fastest indoor 200 in five years. I know it's early in the season so it won't last, but I'm currently fifth in the world and second in the USA in my age group.
