20 minutes dynamic stretching (high knees, butt kicks, elephants, Mach A&B skips, grapevines)

Nice to see some fellow Jews working out on the track early this morning.

24K waterfront run. Kids playing basketball, soccer and a Sea Dooer out in the harbour. Weird Christmas Day weather.

about a mile and a half into it, I looked up and there it was: a giant ass moon shining down on me and the quiet darkness around me.
it was beautiful, very Christmas-like, reminding me of the Mysterium Lunae, and therefore, very moving, for me.
