Sprint workout today  in perfect 35° weather.

Jog 800M
20 minutes dynamic stretching (High knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, grapevines, elephants)
100m @15 secs, walk 200
200m @36 secs, walk 300
300m @61 secs
10 minutes rest
repeat, 100, 200, 300
jog 800M
