7 miles. A little rain, a little wind. Was surprised by how slow I ran when I looked at my Garmin when I finished!

9 good miles. Milder, mostly cloudy and windy. Enjoyable running weather.

Due to a subway stoppage, I ended up walking 4K more than expected, so I'm taking the day off from running. Besides, I had restless legs last night, so could be some overtraining.
