Weights plus 5.8 miles

1 mile easy
4 miles at marathon pace

3 miles at marathon pace
4 x 20-second strides

6 miles out to Sessions Woods in Burlington. Legs a bit sore from the Roxbury Marathon yesterday.

10 miles. Felt much better than yesterday's run.

Jog 800M
20 minutes dynamic stretching (High knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, grapevines, elephants)
3 x 200M at 75% (35-37 secs), walk 200 in between
rest 5 minutes
2 x 200M (37 secs)

14 miles. OK, enough with teh warm. :eyeroll:

3 miles. Indoor due to weather. I don't like indoor, but am too much of a wuss to run in the rain.

Rest day. Spent most of afternoon walking around downtown shopping area. Got my 10,000 steps in.
