Exercise Induced Asthma?
I can't take it anymore and have a Dr. appt on Friday to get some Albuterol. It's been years since I've run hard enough in the cold to need it, but now I think it's really limiting me.
I've googled and there really seems to be nothing new about it- warm up slow and wear a mask still seems to be the standard??
