10 miles. Missed a couple days of running due to new job + having a cold. Felt good today.

4.2 miles.  Started doing Myrtle hip exercises daily and now it feels fine.

Went for a walk, I feel like the last 10 percent of healing(foot) is taking forever. Real PITA.
