Fall is here.
rest day. All done for the day!

Gym stuff and 4 miles, way faster than I expected. It was chilly!

Rest day for me, maybe yoga later.

20 minutes! broken up with 3 minutes of walking.
but still!

Rest day too. Did do a 22K bike commute to an early evening meeting though.
