Gym stuff and 4 miles.
The AC in the gym was actually keeping the place cool so I caved and ran 4 miles on the treadmill. It's disgusting outside.

Weights plus 2.9 miles

3 sweaty gross miles at about 7:30 this morning. Blergh.

6 miles incl. 30 minutes @ tempo pace. Miserable.

I had a 2x3mi workout on my schedule for Tuesday, but I've been bumping it. Tomorrow's going to be cooler, but I should really wait until Friday, but then it's so close to the weekend long run, so I'll probably just blow it off and make my weekend long run into a progression run with a fast second half.

3 miles easy in this September heat wave. Looks like we will get some thunderstorms to cool things down soon.
