				7 miles. Good run.

				7 miles including:
2-mile warm up
3 x 200 meters with 200-meter jog recoveries
3 x 400 meters with 400-meter jog recoveries
3 x 200 meters with 200-meter jog recoveries
2-mile cool down

				Tried for a 10k time trial.
It was about 60, but not for long in the blazing sun.
Gave up at 5k in about 24:45.
Later this week is supposed to be cooler.

Saturday: 20
Sunday: 10 (75 for the week)
Monday: 8
Trying to get over 80 this week.

				1/2 mile swim in the lake, easy. Kayaking. Running rest day.

				Evening. Cooling off and I felt OK, so another shot at a 10k.
Again I started to heat up a little, and also coughed up a little phlegm about once per lap.
Got to 5k and decided to go to 4 miles.
So 4 miles at about 7:55 pace. 
New season best, but still disappointed I didn't make it to 10k.
