6 miles easy in new running shoes. Later: yoga and foam roller

Weights plus 6.2 mile recovery run

8 miles. Humidity creeping back in but I held a decent pace.

It's raining and I have a sore toe, might try to take a nap. :sleep:

9 difficult miles. Hot & humid.

Just a nice four mile walk.

19K. Good Sunday morning for a run, before the heat moved in later on today.

7 miles...one of my fastest 7 milers in years...one of my fastest ever in training!

10K race (plus one mile warm and one mile cool down). It was three minutes off my PR, but I am pleased because I'm not quite back to PR shape yet and it was really warm - I think I could have shaved about a minute and a half off my time in cooler autumn temps. :)
When did races become selfie fests? ???
