Now that I have runtracker screaming my pace at me constantly, every workout feels like a race!

So much better. 6 easy. I have a 10K on Sunday.

10 miles on tired legs through the park. meh, I want 50 for the week.

3-mile warm up
3 x 1 mile at lactate threshold pace with 1-minute recoveries
6 x 200 meters with 200-meter jog recoveries
2-mile cool down
I missed my Tuesday and Wednesday runs due to having a cold and job interviews. Glad to be back on track today.
