Track workout tonight!  600, 1000, 600, 1000, 600, 1000.  200m rest on the 600's, 400m rest on the 1000's.

My get in shape in five weeks training plan continued today.  Day off work so I did 8.2 on and around the VCM course starting at high noon.  92 degrees, sun, humidity and slight breeze.  Stopped twice to refill my water bottle and mostly went at a slow putter.
