6 good miles. Wonderful day weather wise.

8.8 miles including:
2-mile warm up
4 x 1 miles at lactate threshold pace with 1-minute rests
4 x 200 meters with 200-meter jog recoveries
1.8-mile cool down
That was a good workout despite the heat. I tend to run a lot better when on staycation.
