Holy sauna, Batman!
It is disgusting outside today.
Even in the basement, my TM slog was hot and humid.

Just wandering around my perennials, trimming & deadheading, caused me to sweat and chafe.  :moon:

Morning, warm, humid, warm.

10k time trial. Shut it down at 5k.

The ice under the hat helped, but I had no gumption.

So another 5k in 24 mid. At least that pace has become routine.
