Back at the gym with a new phase of training. Good stuff. Then 4 easy miles in the humidity.

Running rest. Bike and weights.

4 miles. Golf later on, walking.

Weights plus 4.5 miles

5 mile pea soup run.
Ran w headphones for a change. The Cure!

7 miles

10k time trial.
Started coughing about lap 5.
Phlegm in the throat blocking my breathing.
Coughed for 4 minutes.
Still on pace at mile 2, but gave up.
So 2 miles decent pace.

8.7K. First easy run after the marathon on Sunday.
