10 miles. Still in this hills. I just didn't have a real long run in me this weekend. Could be vacation-mode, could be all the hills, could be all the food & booze.

Track workout this morning!
I was a little nervous about my right hamstring that I tweaked last Tuesday at that workout. But it was no problem at all, thankfully.
Jog 800m
10 minutes dynamic stretching to work up a full sweat
300m in 59 secs, walk 200
2x 200m in 36 secs
3 x 100m in 16 secs
5x 30m with blocks
Jog 800

5 on a local NEMBA trail - this one was really good. sometimes they have too many switchbacks on flats (preposterous).
