8 mile run/swim through the moist gauze that is the GA morning air...

Big 0 for today (probably).
Been very consistent this year going 40-60 miles a week since the first week of January. Things were going great until the first week of May, following 25K trail race. Since then my quads have been chronically sore, stiff, tired. Time trial last month and 10 mile race over the weekend were a good 20 seconds off pace. I could barely complete a 6 mile recovery run yesterday. Guess something's up.
In need of ART or deep tissue massage but not taking the time to do so, with all the activity and transition. But in the meantime, looking forward to some mountain/altitude running this weekend and want to be somewhat recovered for that.

1/2 mile easy. Foot still sore, but getting better.

Weights plus 4.9 miles with 400,800,400,800 in the middle of the run

Gym stuff & 5 good miles.

6 miles, good run. Warm and humid. PF still making its presence felt.

4 and weights. Not at the same time.

7 mile run and 3 mile walk

At Jays - Orioles game via bike. About 22K round trip.
