1/2 mile easy. Right ankle isn't too bad. Foot is damn sore in the middle, the stabilizing muscles I suppose.
The shoe feels different in spots, probably from the swelling.
The good news is that the injury isn't as bad as I first thought.
I'll be taking it easy for a week or two,
and stick to the track or road races. No more trail races.

3 miles - legs felt like lead after taking a couple of days off to rest foot stuff.

Ran to the top of Green Mountain elevation 6,800 ft from our new place 5,700 ft and back. 8.2 miles

Won my races tonight at our local all-comers track meet against much younger competition. Ran a 13.62 in the 100 and 29.61 in the 200.
