Do you have a race in mind? Might want to include course characteristics (hilly, flat, trails) into your training runs.
Happy running!,

Nice! Please keep us posted on how it's going!

Thanks, y'all! I have one in mid-October that I'm eyeing.
I've never been fast, but my first half, back in 2003, I did 9 min miles the whole time. The one I did about 6 years ago, I did 10-ish minute miles.
Well, no surprise, but as I started to pay attention to how fast I was going, well, I'm pretty slow. I did a four mile run today, and had to actually work to make two of my miles under 10 minutes. It wasn't easy. I mean, I had a baby two years ago and have only been back at it in a real way for about 3 months. And today was humid and I'm in the early days of cutting out carbs, so maybe that's why I felt awful. Who knows.
So I am hoping to find a half marathon training program (app preferred) that would help me get to 10 minute miles for the whole thing. Speed work is something I've never done. I have about 15 weeks until the race. Is it reasonable to think I may be able to get down to all of those miles at or below ten minutes? What's the best approach? Thanks, all!

It is reasonable with the right training and speed work once a week.
The Higdon Intermediate plan has great speed workouts: http://www.halhigdon.com/training/51132/Half-Marathon-Intermediate-Training-Program. (http://www.halhigdon.com/training/51132/Half-Marathon-Intermediate-Training-Program.) Overall, I think it is a little light on the mileage, but if you do the speedwork and long runs you will be most of the way there. IMO, if you want to hit your goal you should try and get your total mileage up to peak at 40 miles two weeks before the race, with a long run of anywhere from 12-16 miles.

Thanks, Arrojo. From a practical POV (kids and my few days without them, and my inability to get up early to run because at least one of them keeps us up in the night), too many miles for me, but I could probably find a middle ground!

orza i paid for the endomondo training apps. it was $30 for a whole year and i was curious. it might be what you're looking for.

Should be perfectly doable! Good luck.
