I was good for 43 miles this week. I am surprised, I thought it would be less.

Running rest day. Yoga & foam rolling.

8 good miles but then yesterday's hill fest and the warmth today caught up with me.

Jogged 1200m to the big hill
10 minutes dynamic warmups
6 x 75m hill sprints
1200m death jog home

11K. Snuck it in between rain showers.
