Gym stuff.
Run rest day.

Running rest. Some walking and probably some weights/stretching.

Weights plus 4.5 miles

8 miles. Tripped on a root and fell. Fortunately just some scrapes and a dirty running shirt.

5k time trial. Dropped another 83 seconds off my season best.
Steady effort, right around 2:00 per lap.
The kick at the end got me down to 7:56 pace.
Cool, calm, real good conditions. No allergy problems.
Enough of the short stuff. I've got to start pushing out to 10k and beyond.
