Rest day. All done for the day!

6 miles.

Bike day.

5 mile run. Mostly cloudy, but still - nice day.

Weights, 4.5 miles AM; rowing early afternoon

2 miles easy.

11K. Took about 5K again before legs came to life, then it was a pretty good run after that.

8x100meters
Walked in and did the weights in a sweaty state.

9 miles, more or less. Divided into two segments, so not very difficult.

4 miles -- about 1/2 walk and 1/2 run -- and I got my DH to join me. :preen:
