800m jog
10 minutes dynamic stretching drills
100m 16 secs, walk 100
200m 37 secs, walk 200
300m 62 secs
8 minutes rest
100m 17 secs
200m 36 secs
300m 62 secs

14 slow, legs sore from yesterday's 9. low level turf toe thing with one foot and minor heel pain in the other.

4 road miles (just seein' how the other half live)

4 miles easy. Longest run so far this year. Felt easy.
Sunny, cool, some wind, perfect.

4 with the dog. Gorgeous day.

36 leisurely miles on the bike with the only person in the world who laughs at all of my jokes :). Some kettlebell junk afterwards.

26.3K. Almost cut it short as my legs felt totally dead till the 5K mark.

7th week since starting back up.
Pretty much on track for a good summer.
Just have to improve on the long runs,
as in start doing some.
