Pretty much sums up my diet, but very very rarely eat out and very rarely processed foods.

Mostly agree-- except for her thoughts on salt & caffeine. Also, she cites Michael Pollan who says: “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.” Which is a lot of what she's saying but more concisely. I focus a little more on fiber. And, I think she missed the portion control thing entirely.

I like the part about not judging what others eat. If everyone just did that.

I generally do not judge, but every once in a while it is hard (like my friend who was giving her 1 year old diet soda all the time, etc).

I think it's in the "not much" part.
