6 miles, extra early. Lovely morning.
Now on to day of shlepping boxes around & setting up at the Boston Marathon expo.

Mile time trial. 7:54. Season best by 29 seconds.
Usual morning stiffness and soreness, but not a problem.
Lungs still not all the way back.

4 mile jog thing. Blah

Weights plus 3.8 mile tempo run

About 5.2 at lunch.
Coaching AAU bball this evening.

Another mile. Slow and painful. The hard mile this morning had its price.
5 weeks doesn't make much of a base phase.
I'll just keep plugging along.

1.5 mile warm up
2 miles at threshold
8 x 200 meters with 200-meter jog recoveries
1 mile cool down
