Five on the mill.

Weights plus 5.3 miles

5 easy. Feels like we went back in time a good month weather wise.

3.3 miles, followed by 4 x 200m strides, followed by upper body and core work.

Taking the day off. Not only is it windy, wet and cold out, my body is a bit achy and recovering from a cold.

2 slow miles. The ache in the hammy showed up towards the end.
The ache in the foot was there the whole time. But it didn't get worse.
2 deer showed up to run with me. They cheated.
