7 miles. Very slow. My stomach is still off. Bleh.

Five mile recovery run pre-dawn. There was a lot of ice still from the melting snow piles.

4.5...I ran it under control, it's 80 degrees and I barely broke a sweat.

8 miles and trip to the gym.

AM-weights, 3.8 miles; early PM rowing

6 with gusto.
A bear was spotted on the road I run on earlier today. Boy-o-boy...

7 miles in wind and rain. Not fun but glad I got my miles in.

12K. Finally a sunny day with average spring temps.

5k. Finally.
I was hoping to make this run yesterday.
But it was cold, raining, and I met family for dinner first
and after a plate of barbecue I just said, um, rest day.
So, today.
On the track. Sunny, warm, calm.
A lousy 28:22, and I pressed the last lap to get that.
Lungs were the weak point, as expected.
Feet hurt a little, but were ok.
But it's the first 5k of the year
after starting up 20 days ago.
