Gym stuff & 30 minute walk. Running rest day.

Weights plus 3.9 miles

5.5 sunny degrees. On someone's tail for over a mile and about to unleash my mighty kick when I got zapped by the heat and fell back.

6 miles easy. Felt really good today for some reason. I think it has something to do with my working from home for the past 2 days and avoiding the office and commute.
