Gym stuff & 4 miles.

6 miles. Good run. Overcast.
shorts! no gloves!

Just three. It was super windy out; I feel like I ran about 8.

Weights plus 3.8 miles

8 miles including:
2-mile warm up
3 miles at threshold pace with 3-minute rest
1 mile at threshold pace
2-mile cool down

4 not so good miles

10.6K. Not so good for me too today. Feeling tight and sluggish.

9 x 400 meters with one minute intervals.
Kind of close to my last speed workout, but I was feeling strong.
Weights when I got home.
