Five miles recovery with 5 x 100 strides. 17 degrees and icy.

Trying to ignore the scratchy throat and sniffle that popped up overnight.

I jogged 30 minutes in Barbados this morning. My first distance run since New Years Eve.

Body was tired going into the run, This could be because I added some weights into the mix this past week...or, perhaps, I ran my quarters too fast a few nights ago.
