Two slow miles. Longest run of the year. The feet didn't hurt too much.

7.1 for me pre-dawn. 20 degrees on this, the first day of Spring. I'm still fully dressed in tights, hat, gloves, neck gaitor, long shirt, and jacket.
If it's hot on Marathon Monday, I'm dead.
