11K. Another cold windy one out there. C'mon Spring.

7 miles including 8 x 400 meters with 400-meter jog recoveries.

Another slow mile. The foot is still achy.

5 sweaty
I'm down 5 pounds in the last week as the hot weather works it's magic.
