10 minutes dynamic stretching (high knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, elephants, grapevines)
200M in 35 secs (2015 workout PR), walk 200
200M in 38 secs, walk 150
2 x 150M 23-24 secs each, walk 100
2 x 100M in 17 secs, walk 100
4 x 50M
5 x 30M with starting blocks
Jog 800M
