Easy gym stuff and a short & easy 3 mile run. Still so effin' tired from last week.

Seven miles pre-dawn. Was supposed to be eight on the schedule, but this is what I got.

5 miles. It actually felt like Winter might end at some point in the not too distant future.

I saw somebody running in shorts today when I was out at lunch. I run so early it will be a while before I can wear shorts to run.

Sunny 40F day. Almost went with shorts, but there was enough wind to stick with light tights and a medium weight top with earband. 12K.

OMG 3.7 outside. In capris. At 6 pm. Not dark. Not cold. Supposed to be slow and easy but I'll admit my legs got a little more excited and the pace was a little quicker than it should have been. Pure joy though.
