19.75K. First day of a week long stretch where temps are rising above freezing. Passed by only a dozen cars on the 15K or so residential streets I was running on this Sunday morning and most of them in the last 30 minutes.

5.5. Another beautiful morning.

No hat & no gloves...it's been a long time :)

13 miles easy. Still a lot of snow on the ground, but there was a hint of spring in the air.

I'm taking a rest day. Even after I slept like a rock, I still woke up feeling like I'd been hit by a truck of exhaustion.

Weights plus 3.1 miles

13 miles. I real weather mixed bag. Warm sunshine, purple clouds, gusty wind and sleet, blue and grey skies.

Rest day. 40 miles last week.

I did a 5-mile run to be at 42.7 miles for the week.

2 x 150M 24 secs each, walk 200

4 x 50M
5 x 30M with starting blocks
Jog 800M
2 weeks until the National Championships

8 miles...72 degrees and sunny...good pace...fastest in a long time...which I'm saying a lot lately...
