5.5 on the lake shore.  Not too cold, but the footing was pretty treacherous.  Someone fell through the ice on the lake this morning.  I just missed seeing the rescue, but I could see the hole in the ice where they broke through and the rescue people milling around.  Scary.

1.5 mile warm up
3 x 1 mile at threshold pace with one-minute rests
3 x 800 meters at 3k pace with two-minute rests
0.5 mile easy
4 x 200 meters at mile pace with 200-meter jog recoveries
1 mile cool down
