Weights plus one hour on a recumbent bike

10 miles on the treadmill with 10x .25mi hill repeats.

I have difficulty when the temps are <10. Just cannot seem to get moving and all I want to do is lay down.

I could do a quick three early or run the risk of not doing anything at all.
I took the three.

I did 3.8 on the treadmill and then the freezer repair guy showed up on time. :grr:
