A difficult 7. Swollen big toe and legs tired from sundry/

2.something on the treadmill. looking fwd to someday getting back outside but grateful for the treadmill that i got it done at all.
one of these days we'll break three miles.

Bike day

Weights, snow blower, recumbent bike

Walk to the gym, 6 easy miles, walk home.

7...and I remain inexplicably faster at the same perceived effort...
I'm NOT complaining...

8.5 miles on snowshoes, with good climb.

1.5 jogging and dry heaves

7.5K cold quick one before start of Oscars telecast.
