300M@ 57 secs (workout PR), walk 200
200M@ 38 secs, walk 150
150M@ 24 secs, walk 100
100M@ 17 secs

10 minute break

100M @17 secs, walk 150
150M@ 23 secs, walk 200
200M@ 37 secs

Work with starting blocks (5 x 30 meters)
Jog 800M

5 miles. 12 degrees, gusty. It felt like blood was not getting to my legs, but still not that bad a day.
