Five miles. Supposed to be a recovery run but I got carried away with joy at being outside and running in my new screw shoes WHICH WERE FREAKING AWESOME and the whole run ended up being slightly faster than projected marathon pace, even given the icy paths.
Seventeen degrees and the sun was up by the time I was done at 7 am!

That's great, Ellen! On both counts - being outside, and using those fancy screws. (There's a joke in there about having a screw lose, but I can't quite get it.)
About 3 miles easy on the treadmill for me today.

5 good miles. Was running late for a meeting and it really helped me pick up the pave. Must plan it like this more often.

10.3K. Amazing how fast you can recovery from a marathon when you aren't racing it.
