				Weights plus 30 minutes on a recumbent bike

				Walk to the gym, 8 miles on the TM with hills, walk home.

				Eight miles on the treadmill with 5 x 600 @ 5K pace.  I have not done 5K pace anythings for a while, so it was a little fun.  It made marathon pace feel like a jog.  :)

				Running rest day. I'll do some PT exercises and yoga tonight.
