Happy President's Day, yo.

Did a little more than 4.5 miles, speedwork on the treadmill. Had to estimate total mileage because I may or may not have been using a small space heater to take the chill off the basement, which may or may have tripped the breaker. Oops.

Walked to the gym, did gym stuff, ran 5 miles, walked home.

1 snowshoe mile. It was to beautiful out there to take a full rest day.  But very cold, too.
