Walked to the gym, ran 6 miles with hills, walked back.
Spent some time shoveling.
Felt so much better afterwards. Made up for doing almost nothing yesterday except drink & despair.

3 miles snowshoeing

5K in nice sunny and near freezing temps.

weights plus 30 minutes on a recumbent bike

5 miles. Nice day.

8-mile run home from work. Steady headwind for the last 5 miles.

3 miles in new shoes. i think they'll work.

decided to do an easier hard workout today-
5K on the track in 22:26
super windy! but felt mostly good :)
