9 snowy miles. Easy run.

10 miles. Treadmill. The sidewalks and roads are just awful here.

50 minutes easy
50 minutes at marathon pace

800m warmup
15 mins dynamic stretching (high knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, elephants, grapevines)
150m in 22 secs (workout PR), walk 200
200m in 37 secs, walk 300
300m in 61 secs (ties workout PR)
10 minutes rest
150m in 23 secs (workout PR), walk 200
200m in 38 secs, walk 300
300m in 63 secs
jog 800m cooldown, static stretching.

6.00am very warm. Temp didn't drop below 26c last night and I'm feeling rather last years

Twenty miles on the treadmill in the basement. It was pretty bad. I've been battling GI issues so it was a good thing I had access to the bathroom. I wasn't able to find a clear stretch outside where I could put in 20 miles safely.
Glad it is over. The past two weeks have been challenging.

I just don't get it. You must have mega patience.
