Track workout today!
800m warmup
15 mins dynamic stretching (high knees, butt kicks, Mach A&B skips, elephants, grapevines)
150m in 30 secs, walk 200
200m in 40 secs, walk 300
300m in 61 secs (workout PR)
10 minutes rest
150m in 23 secs (workout PR), walk 200
200m in 38 secs, walk 300
300m in 62 secs
jog 800m cooldown, static streching.
When I got back to me car, I realized I had locked my keys in it. Idiocy cuts across all workouts.

Another 6K. An inch of fresh snow made is a slippery one on the streets.

7.05am. Another late start Very mild, don't know what has happened to summer, still great running weather..
Just ran my normal tracks at a pretty pedestrian pace . All up 10km plus a bit.
Made it to the pool and swam 2,000m. Just rolling the arms over.
